Instrumental Chamber Music

Trenton Music Makers launched its chamber music program in 2021, in order to advance learning opportunities for its most rapidly-developing students, and to elevate student voice and leadership. No conductor - no problem. Our players learn nonverbal communication, listening, and musical empathy that allows them to play as a single ensemble with many voices.

Some of our repertoire follows traditional formats, such as quartets and trios. Some of our arrangements are created for the students who are ready to play together. Our first chamber concert was held on May 5, 2022, and our students have shared their music throughout Greater Trenton since then. Watch our calendar for upcoming performances!

This program has been made possible, in part, with support from ACMP Associated Chamber Music Players.
